DEFINITION
Training in the Pons Method is not designed to transmit information,
but to develop the ability to design, structure, and lead performance processes.
It’s not about learning more content.
It’s about thinking and executing differently.
—
TRAINING STRUCTURE
The training is organized around a single core:
PONS METHOD INTERNATIONAL MASTER
(Layer 0 of the system)
This is the mandatory entry point to the system.
Exercises are not taught here.
It builds the foundation that allows you to:
- Understand the game from a structural perspective
- Design training programs with methodological coherence
- Transform ideas into real competitive behaviors
👉 Without this foundation, there is no system.
Only partial interpretation.
—
WHAT IT DEVELOPS
The Master does not provide additional information.
Develop three key capabilities:
DESIGN ABILITY
Build training processes with logic, sequence, and a clear objective.
—
INTERPRETATION ABILITY
Understand what is really happening in the game, beyond the data or the result.
—
TRANSFERABILITY
Ensure that what has been trained appears consistently in the match.
—
APPLIED PROGRAMS
Complementary programs are not independent.
They are extensions of the system.
They only make sense if they:
- Delve deeper into specific areas
- Maintain consistency with the architecture
- Dependent directly on the Master
👉 If they do not meet these criteria, they are not part of the system.
—
WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
- Coaches seeking structure, not isolated ideas
- Clubs needing methodological consistency
- Technical staff wanting to align thinking and execution
—
